The main features are:
- The body, built entirely in iron sheet (2mm thick), molded in a single block and suitably strengthened by deep ribs, guarantees strength without exceeding the weight. It is painted with epoxy-polyester powder paints.
- The applicator roller, covered in soft rubber, allows perfect adhesion of the adhesive tape.
- The anatomical handle and the rollers in ABS resin.
- The toothed blade in hardened steel. It is produced with a particular mechanical processing that allows to obtain a sharp tooth and sturdy. The hardening confers a particular mechanical and wear resistance.
- The roll holder, equipped with adjustable clutch by means of a ring. The clutch is essential for the use of adhesive tapes in polypropylene or that can be easily unrolled.
- The shoe, which allows the final part of the adhesive tape to adhere after cutting, is produced with polyamide resins (PA - Nylon) loaded with fiberglass, to maintain elasticity over time.
