These solutions are suitable for packaging, shipments, containers, electronic devices, documents, company assets, technical cabinets and meters.
Choose the solution according to the type of surface or closure, dimensions, required resistance and the need for numbering or identification. These systems make possible tampering more visible but do not replace physical or electronic intrusion protection devices.
Not all tamper-evident systems serve the same purpose. The choice depends above all on what needs to be controlled, the type of closure or surface, and how any attempt at opening, removal or alteration should become evident.
When available, sequential numbering, barcodes, identification or customisation can facilitate control and traceability. For adhesive products, also consider the surface, dimensions and expected behaviour upon removal; for physical seals, check the passage, usable length and closure system.
Tamper-evident products are primarily intended to make an intervention evident or easier to detect: unless specifically stated for an individual product, they must not be considered systems that absolutely prevent unauthorised access, theft or fraud.
