Which courier do you use?
All orders placed on AdesiviSicurezza.it are shipped via Express Courier to the delivery address indicated in the Order. For any request or question regarding transportation, you can contact the Courier directly, which will be indicated at the time of order fulfillment. Our logistic IT system will identify the most appropriate and suitable courier in terms of service level also in consideration of the geographical area of ​​delivery destination.

How long does it take for you to deliver?
From the moment the product is collected from the warehouses, the average delivery time is generally 24 hours. For products of significant weight and size, delivery takes place approximately between 24 and 48 hours. For shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia the delivery time can vary from 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery times may also vary based on causes of force majeure.

What should I check for when the courier arrives?
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to carry out the following checks:
 - that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance by e-mail;
 - that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by placing a written and SPECIFIC CONTROL RESERVE describing the type of damage found on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the courier document has been signed, without having specified detailed written reservation as per our indications, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

If the packaging is obviously intact and after opening, the Customer should find defects or damage, he is required to keep the original packaging in order to allow AdesiviSicurezza to open a report of hidden damage with the courier: this will allow the company to reimburse or replace the purchased good.
The relative communication must take place no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods by e-mail to (info@adesivisicurezza.it).

Is it possible to track my order?
When the goods are processed, an e-mail containing a tracking code will be sent. The tracking view is normally available from the day following that of the shipment.

What if I'm not home when the package arrives?
If the courier is unable to complete the delivery of a shipment, it will leave a notice of passage at the recipient's address, stating the fact that an attempt was made to make a delivery and the place of the delivery. It will try a second time to pass and if no appropriate instructions are provided, the package will be put in storage and then return to the sender who will charge the customer for the storage costs. We remind you that the customer is always required to monitor the status of the shipment through the tracking number received together with the order confirmation.

If the products arrive wrong?
If, when you open the package, you notice that you have received products other than what you ordered, you must report it immediately by phone or by sending an e-mail to customer service (info@adesivisicurezza.it) by writing down the order number and the product code or model arrived by mistake. AdesiviSicurezza reserves the right to request photos of the packaging and the product received.

Shipping outside Italy?
Yes, we place orders for delivery both in Italy and abroad, except for limitations specifically indicated in the product data sheet and any additional costs clearly communicated at the time of the Order.

How much is shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the amount of the expenditure made:

- from 0 to 10 € the cost is 5.50 €

- from 11 to 20 € the cost is 5.95 €

- from 21 to 50 € the cost is 6.50 €

- over € 50, shipping is FREE!
