Floor marking T and cross markers – T 30x20 cm and cross 30 cm, pack of 10, for rows of pallet locations

  • For rows and grids of spaces – the T marks the side shared by two neighbouring spaces, the cross the point where four spaces meet: with corners at the ends you can lay out the whole grid.
  • Fewer pieces, less floor covered – one marker instead of two or four corners: the grid stays clear and is quick to fit.
  • PVC approx. 0.6 mm thick, coloured all the way through – the colour is not a print: it will not peel, and even when scratched they stay yellow or white.
  • Anti-slip R10, made in the United Kingdom – class R10 to DIN 51130, tested by an independent laboratory: all the data are in the technical data sheet.
  • Dimensions – T 30 x 20 cm; cross with 30 cm arms (overall size 23.5 x 23.5 cm); arms 8 cm wide, like the self-adhesive corners.
  • 10 pieces, yellow or white – T or cross, to combine with 20 x 20 cm self-adhesive corners in the same colour.

Self-adhesive T and cross floor markers – pack of 10

A clear grid of spaces, without continuous lines

When there are many spaces side by side, as in a row of pallets on the floor, putting four corners on every space means multiplying the pieces. T and cross markers solve this: the T goes on the side shared by two neighbouring spaces, the cross at the point where four spaces meet, and the L-shaped corners are needed only at the ends. The result is a tidy grid that can be read at a glance and leaves almost all of the floor clear.

Tough, anti-slip, made in the United Kingdom

They are made of PVC approx. 0.6 mm thick, thicker than ordinary vinyl floor stickers, and coloured all the way through: the colour is not a surface print, so it will not peel and stays visible even with the scuffs of everyday wear. The surface is anti-slip, class R10 to DIN 51130. They are made in the United Kingdom and come with a technical data sheet showing tests by an independent laboratory: adhesion, tensile strength, operating temperature from -30 to +70 °C and anti-slip class. The T measures 30 x 20 cm; the cross has 30 cm long arms and an overall size of 23.5 x 23.5 cm. The arms are 8 cm wide, like those of the 20 x 20 cm self-adhesive corners.

How to fit them

Clean the floor with a degreaser or a cloth with alcohol and let it dry thoroughly: dust and moisture are the enemies of adhesive. First mark out the grid with chalk or a chalk line, then place the markers at the meeting points. Peel off the backing, place the piece and press it down firmly from the centre outwards, ideally with a roller, to push out the air. Fit at temperatures above 10 °C. Avoid dragging pallets or crates over them: sliding damages them.

Which colour to choose

There is no legal requirement for the colour: what matters is using the same code throughout your company. Yellow usually marks aisles, walkways and caution areas, white marks work areas and equipment. Yellow shows up well on almost all grey floors, white stands out on dark floors.

Frequently asked questions

Are they mandatory?
No. The EU directive on safety signs at work (92/58/EEC) requires vehicle traffic routes to be marked with continuous stripes, preferably white or yellow, where the risk assessment requires it. Corners, footprints, arrows and markers are not mandatory: they help you organise the space and complement the lines.

How many do I need?
For a row of spaces side by side you need 4 corners at the ends and 2 Ts for each divider. In a grid with several rows, add crosses where four spaces meet.

Which floors do they stick to?
On smooth, compact indoor floors: smooth or painted concrete, resin, tiles. They stick less well to rough, dusty concrete, so clean it very thoroughly before fitting.

Can you walk on them straight after fitting?
Yes, straight away: there is nothing to dry, unlike paint.

Can pallet trucks drive over them?
Yes, they are also suitable for areas where pallet trucks pass. Like all floor marking they wear with use: just replace any worn or damaged pieces, with no paint and no need to stop work.

What is in the pack?
10 self-adhesive T markers or 10 cross markers, in the colour of your choice.

For aisles and fitting

For aisle lines, see our floor marking tapes. To press the stickers down firmly, use the professional roller.
