This technical sleeve protects cables and pipes from radiant heat, sparks and abrasion in automotive and industrial applications.

Main features

• Variants: ID 10 mm × 1 m or ID 20 mm × 1 m (nominal internal diameter).
• Material: fiberglass braid with red silicone coating.
• Use: thermal and abrasion protection for cables and pipes in engine compartments, workshops, HVAC systems and welding applications.
• Installation: slide the sleeve over the pipe or cable; it is neither heat-shrinkable nor wraparound.
• Fixing: secure the ends with cable ties or suitable tape (not included).
• Sales unit: one continuous 1-metre length; multiple units are supplied uncut when possible.

Use and installation

Select the internal diameter according to the outside diameter of the pipe or cable. Fit the sleeve before the final connection and secure the ends without excessive compression.
