3M ™ 468MP Sheetfeed Adhesive Sheet 700 mm X 1000 mm

The double-sided adhesive tape is ideal for bonding, gluing, fixing, holding, attaching PEI to 3D printing plates.

General industrial joints. Industry standard. Excellent die-cutting and processing capabilities. Use for selective die-cutting. Double-coated version of 3M 468MP transfer adhesive tape.

Standard for applying PEI sheets or other printing surfaces to 3D printer plates. Industry standard also for graphic joining and general industrial applications. High-performance acrylic adhesive, even after exposure to moisture and hot/cold cycles. Heat resistance up to 400° F. Ideal for 3D printing applications, since 3D printer temperatures remain within range.

This tape features excellent chemical resistance and high holding power even at high temperatures (up to 150 degrees). It has a particularly smooth surface to improve transparency and allow use on thin plastic fronts, and can also be applied on rough surfaces. High cohesive strength ensures strong resistance to edge lifting and shear stresses.

The product maintains its characteristics for two years from the date of production if properly stored in a clean environment and protected from direct sunlight. It is recommended to keep the rolls in a horizontal position and in their original packaging. If partially used, store it back in the original packaging.

Chemical resistance: if properly applied, it can withstand exposure to numerous chemicals, including gasoline, engine oil, and saline solutions. Apply on a clean and dry surface.
