High-temperature PTFE Teflon adhesive tape 10 m - 10, 25 or 50 mm - 0.18 mm thick

Technical PTFE/Teflon adhesive tape with a fibreglass backing, designed to provide a smooth, non-stick surface in applications involving heat, friction and sealing.

Each pack contains 1 roll measuring 10 metres. Choose from three widths — 10, 25 or 50 mm — all with a thickness of 0.18 mm.

Important: measure the area before ordering. The selected width must cover the contact area correctly without interfering with moving parts.

Recommended uses

The PTFE coating helps prevent plastic film, bags and hot materials from sticking to the sealing bar or contact surface.

• Heat sealers and impulse sealers: non-stick protection for the sealing bar.
• Compatible vacuum machines: replacement tape for areas exposed to heat and sealing.
• Packaging: suitable for bags, plastic film and heat-sealable pouches.
• Technical maintenance: protection for surfaces exposed to heat, friction or adhesive residue.
• Workshop and DIY: the roll can be cut to the required length.

How to apply

1. Switch off the equipment and allow it to cool completely.
2. Remove the old tape and all adhesive residue.
3. Clean and dry the surface, removing dust, grease and dirt.
4. Cut the required length and apply the tape straight, without creases or bubbles.
5. Press firmly over the entire surface and check the edges.

When to replace it

Replace the tape when it is burnt, darkened, scratched, cut or lifting at the edges, or when bags begin to stick and the seal is no longer even.

Compatibility and warnings

Suitable for many heat sealers, impulse sealers, compatible vacuum machines and packaging equipment that use adhesive PTFE tape. Always check the size and tape type specified by the equipment manufacturer.

• Do not apply to hot, dirty, greasy or dusty surfaces.
• Do not expose to an open flame.
• No maximum operating temperature is stated: always follow the limits of the equipment and process used.
