90 ShA polyurethane doctor blade – P0 amber profile
Professional squeegee for screen printing in MDI polyurethane, amber color, with hardness 90 Shore A And P0 profile (square edge)Designed for low ink deposits and maximum precision on fine lines, halftones and four-color processes.p>
Why choose it/h3>
- High definition: 90 ShA and P0 square edge ensure minimal deposits and sharp edges.
- Wear resistance: MDI polyurethane with excellent abrasion and tear resistance.
- 3050 mm long bar: easily cut to size for your squeegee/hose holder.
- Stability/strong>: predictable behavior even on fine knit fabrics.
Recommended applications
- Prints to high definition (halftone, four-color, simulations).
- Inks with contained deposit on poorly absorbent surfaces.
- Medium/thick mesh looms; work where ink control is required.there>

Use & Maintenance
- Cutting : the bar can be cut to size with a sharp cutter, keeping the cut perpendicular.
- Storage : Store with the “blade” facing upwards to avoid deformation.
- Cleaning : Remove ink residue, especially around the edge of the frame. If the edge shows any micro-imperfections, smooth them out with very fine sandpaper or a squeegee.
Notes
The technical values are indicative and refer to PU MDI material with a hardness of 90 ShA. Performance may vary depending on the screen, ink, pressure, and printing speed.
