- PTFE glass fabric is a fiberglass cloth impregnated and coated with PTFE. The product exhibits exceptionally high dielectric strength, excellent wear resistance, and is virtually unaffected by most chemicals and solvents, including acidic or basic solutions.
- The PTFE fluorocarbon resin from which it is made represents the most chemically inert substance currently available on the market and has an extremely low coefficient of friction compared to any other known solid. PTFE glass fabric maintains its release properties, dimensional stability, flexibility, and non-stick characteristics within an operating temperature range from -73°C up to +280°C.
- It is supplied in the size 100cm x 100cm, available in three thicknesses and adhesive or non-adhesive. Technical datasheet available on request.
PTFE-Coated Fiberglass Fabric for High Temperatures (100×100 cm)
When your process needs a surface that won’t stick, slides smoothly and stays stable under heat, this PTFE-coated fiberglass fabric is built for real industrial use. The fiberglass substrate provides dimensional stability and strength, while the PTFE coating delivers non-stick performance, low friction and chemical resistance.
Key benefits
- Non-stick surface: helps reduce build-up, residue and unwanted adhesion.
- Low-friction sliding: ideal for rollers, guides, work tables and repeated contact points.
- Chemically resistant: PTFE is among the most inert polymers used in industry.
- High-temperature performance: maintains flexibility and release properties across the stated range.
- Electrical insulation / high dielectric strength: suitable for technical barrier applications.
Available options
Supplied as a 100×100 cm sheet. Available in three thicknesses and either non-adhesive or with a silicone adhesive on one side for easier positioning.
