Floor marking corners 20x20 cm – pack of 10, self-adhesive L-shaped pallet location markers for warehouses

  • A place for everything – four corners mark the spot for the pallet, tool trolley, bin or machine: you can see straight away where it goes and whether the space is free.
  • No continuous lines – the space stays clearly marked but almost all of the floor stays clear, and it is easier to clean.
  • PVC approx. 0.6 mm thick, coloured all the way through – the colour is not printed on the surface: it will not peel, and even when scratched the corner stays yellow or white.
  • Anti-slip R10, made in the United Kingdom – class R10 to DIN 51130, tested by an independent laboratory: all the data are in the technical data sheet.
  • 20 x 20 cm, 8 cm wide arms – clearly visible; fitted in a few minutes, with no paint and no need to stop work.
  • 10 pieces, yellow or white – enough for two and a half spaces: yellow for aisles and walkways, white for work areas and equipment.

L-shaped floor marking corners 20x20 cm – pack of 10

Order at a glance, in the warehouse and the workshop

Where everything has a space marked on the floor, less time is wasted looking for things and you can see at once what is missing or out of place. Four corners are all it takes to mark the place for a pallet, a tool trolley, the compressor, the waste oil drum or a machine: anyone walking past understands where goods go and where the space must be kept clear. It is the simplest way to put the 5S method into practice, with no paint and no need to call in a contractor.

Why corners rather than a continuous line

A line all the way round takes a lot of tape and covers a lot of floor. With corners you mark only the angles: the space stays clearly defined, fitting is quick and the floor stays easy to clean. Continuous lines are mainly needed for the aisles used by vehicles; for pallet, trolley and equipment spaces, corners are enough.

Tough, anti-slip, made in the United Kingdom

They are made of PVC approx. 0.6 mm thick, thicker than ordinary vinyl floor stickers, and coloured all the way through: the colour is not a surface print, so it will not peel and stays visible even with the scuffs of everyday wear. The surface is anti-slip, class R10 to DIN 51130. They are made in the United Kingdom and come with a technical data sheet showing tests by an independent laboratory: adhesion, tensile strength, operating temperature from -30 to +70 °C and anti-slip class. Each corner measures 20 x 20 cm, with 8 cm wide arms.

How to fit them

Clean the floor with a degreaser or a cloth with alcohol and let it dry thoroughly: dust and moisture are the enemies of adhesive. Mark the position of the four corners, using a tape measure. Peel off the backing, place the piece and press it down firmly from the centre outwards, ideally with a roller, to push out the air. Fit at temperatures above 10 °C. Avoid dragging pallets or crates over them: sliding damages them.

Which colour to choose

There is no legal requirement for the colour: what matters is using the same code throughout your company. Yellow usually marks aisles, walkways and caution areas, white marks work areas and equipment. Yellow shows up well on almost all grey floors, white stands out on dark floors.

Frequently asked questions

Are they mandatory?
No. The EU directive on safety signs at work (92/58/EEC) requires vehicle traffic routes to be marked with continuous stripes, preferably white or yellow, where the risk assessment requires it. Corners, footprints, arrows and markers are not mandatory: they help you organise the space and complement the lines.

Do I need them for a workplace traffic management plan?
A warehouse traffic management plan usually separates vehicle routes from pedestrian routes and uses lines and pictograms to mark storage areas and the routes where forklifts and pedestrians pass. Self-adhesive signs, corners, footprints and arrows are tools for doing this; what you actually need is decided by your company's risk assessment.

How many corners do I need?
Four for each space: the pack of 10 covers two and a half spaces. For a row of spaces side by side, you save pieces by using T markers on the shared sides.

Which floors do they stick to?
On smooth, compact indoor floors: smooth or painted concrete, resin, tiles. They stick less well to rough, dusty concrete, so clean it very thoroughly before fitting.

Can you walk on them straight after fitting?
Yes, straight away: there is nothing to dry, unlike paint.

Can pallet trucks drive over them?
Yes, they are also suitable for areas where pallet trucks pass. Like all floor marking they wear with use: just replace any worn or damaged pieces, with no paint and no need to stop work.

What is in the pack?
10 self-adhesive L-shaped corners, 20 x 20 cm, in the colour of your choice.

For aisles and fitting

For aisle lines, see our floor marking tapes. To press the stickers down firmly, use the professional roller.
