PVC air sheath for cylinder covering 18/20mm x 20m

  • Sleeve made of flexible PVC for cylinder coating. The sleeve is air-fitted and therefore its diameter is always intended as the nominal diameter and refers to the size of the tube to be covered. The actual size is always smaller to allow better adhesion to the mandrel after being air-fitted. To facilitate the insertion of the head, it can be heated with hot water, thus softening the material before use.
  • Good chemical resistance typical of PVC materials.
  • Compliant with Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) 2003/11/EC.
  • Operating temperature -5 °C to +50 °C.
  • Applications: general cylinder coatings, roller conveyors, rods on panel trolleys.
  • Available in 18mm or 20mm diameter x 20 meters length, other sizes and technical data sheet available on request.
