3M™ 4298UV Adhesion Promoter – 5-sachet kit

3M™ 4298UV is a liquid adhesion promoter designed to improve the holding power of acrylic double-sided tapes on difficult surfaces and low-surface-energy plastics.

Recommended applications

Surface preparation before applying 3M VHB and acrylic foam tapes.
Automotive trims, profiles, badges and adhesive accessories.
PP, TPO, TPU, ABS, EPDM and other technical plastics.

Fast and controlled application

The fast-drying formula simplifies professional work. Its UV fluorescent tracer helps check that the treated area has been covered. Apply a thin, even coat to a clean, dry surface and allow it to dry before installing the tape.
