Sandwich Structure in Polyurethane, EPDM, and Aluminum
This panel uses a multi-layer sandwich structure combining polyurethane, EPDM, and aluminum film soundproofing. Its layer composition is:
- Aluminized protective film (also acts as an oil barrier and heat shield)
- Flexible polyurethane foam – 20 mm (sound-absorbing layer)
- High-density EPDM elastomer membrane – 3.5 kg/m² (sound-blocking layer)
- Additional flexible polyurethane foam – 11 mm
- High-temperature resistant adhesive (up to 160°C) for secure fixing
Total panel thickness: 33 mm. This multi-layer build effectively absorbs sound waves and blocks transmission through the dense EPDM layer, providing sound-absorbing and sound-insulating properties in one panel.
Certified Safety and Visible Installation
Fire-Retardant and Non-Toxic
Built with certified materials, this panel is fire-retardant (Class B-s2,d0) and compliant for use in public or industrial spaces. Unlike mineral wool, it releases no harmful fibers and is non-toxic, odorless, and hypoallergenic. Made partly from recycled PET, it’s safe for both people and the environment.
