  • The heat shield adhesive fabric sheets are a combination of heat-reflective aluminum and thermal insulating fabric. This combination creates a thermal barrier between the heat source and the outside, protecting motorcycle fairings from the high temperatures of the exhaust manifolds and the engine.
  • It is not flammable because it is an insulating material specifically designed to protect motorcycle parts in contact with heat sources.

The applications are countless, primarily the protection of electronic components (control units, sensors, telemetry, etc.), which, if exposed to high temperatures, can cause malfunctions and compromise engine performance, vehicle efficiency, and parameter detection.

It is also possible to protect from heat all plastic or fiberglass parts of fairings and bodywork.

It must absolutely not be applied to exhausts, manifolds, or silencers; it should be applied to surfaces that need to be protected from heat.

The sheets can be easily shaped with a regular pair of scissors, and the applications are guaranteed thanks to the use of a special heat-resistant adhesive.

The insulator withstands temperatures from -80° up to 550°

For installation, it is recommended to carefully clean the application area, shape according to your needs, and apply by removing the protective film.
