| INSTRUCTIONS |
After inserting the 1.5V mini-stylus battery, turn on the brake fluid tester by pressing the button on the top of the tester (pen type). The green LED will light up. Unscrew the cover for the brake fluid reservoir and remove the cap. Immerse the tester probes in the brake fluid. The display will indicate the percentage of water in the brake fluid. At the end of the test, remember to screw the brake fluid reservoir cap back on. The tester automatically switches off after 12 seconds of inactivity
| TIPS AND MAINTENANCE |
The battery must be replaced if, by pressing the button to switch it on, the green LED does not light up. The tester probes must be washed with running water and dried with a clean cloth after each use. Immediately screw the tank cap back on after performing the test

| DISPLAY LED INDICATORS |
The tester SPIES indicate the percentage of water in the brake fluid: Green light: there is no water in the brake fluid; Green / Yellow: less than 1%; Green / Yellow / Yellow: about 2% water; Green / Yellow / Yellow / Red: about 3% (liquid replacement is recommended); Green / Yellow / Yellow / Red / Red: at least 4% (theliquid must be replaced immediately)

Caution
Replace the battery if the green LED no longer lights up after pressing the power button.
Wash the test probe with running water after each use.
In case of contact with skin with brake fluid, wash contaminated skin or clothing thoroughly with water.
Do not expose the brake fluid to the atmosphere for a long time as the fluid is highly hygroscopic!
