Yellow flexible PVC air sleeve for cylinder covering – Ø 18 mm × 20 m
Technical sleeve in flexible PVC, yellow, designed for the covering and protection of cylinders, rollers, bars and tubes. Its section is slightly flattened to make air fitting easier and provide uniform contact along the surface.

Fitting instructions
- Measure: check the actual cylinder diameter and permitted tolerance.
- Prepare: clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol or a non-oily cleaner, then dry it.
- Optional fitting aid: warm the sleeve in lukewarm water to temporarily increase softness.
- Insert: start fitting and move along the cylinder with constant pressure, avoiding twists.
- Set: trim excess with a new blade and allow the sleeve to cool/set before use.
Warnings
- It does not compensate for large tolerances or major ovality: measure accurately before purchase.
- Avoid strong solvents, silicone oils and aggressive cleaners, which can shorten PVC service life.
- Performance and durability depend on operating conditions, including loads, temperature, chemicals and UV radiation.
