Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders by express courier. Shipping costs are not fixed: they are calculated automatically according to the destination, weight, volume and type of products in your order.

The exact shipping cost is always shown in the cart before you confirm and pay for your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. There is no standard fixed shipping fee and no standard free shipping threshold for international orders.

The final shipping cost depends on several factors, including:

  • delivery country and address;
  • weight of the order;
  • parcel volume and dimensions;
  • type of products purchased;
  • number of parcels required;
  • any special packaging or handling needs.

Any available shipping cost or additional charge is displayed in the cart before payment, so you can review the total amount before completing your purchase.


Bulky, long or special-size products

Some products require special packaging or a different shipping service because of their size, length, weight or shape.

This may apply, for example, to tall tubes, long rolls, oversized items, heavy products, products that are difficult to pack or orders shipped in multiple parcels.

In these cases, an additional shipping charge may apply. The amount is calculated during checkout and shown before payment.


Preparation and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the destination country, courier service, product availability and any customs or local delivery conditions.

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized or cut-to-size products may require additional preparation time.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. The tracking may take a few hours to become active on the courier’s website.


When your parcel is delivered

When receiving your parcel, please check that the packaging is intact and that the number of parcels matches the shipment.

If the parcel is damaged, wet, opened, crushed or if any parcel is missing, please sign with a specific reservation, clearly describing the issue.

Examples: “damaged parcel”, “wet packaging”, “opened parcel”, “missing parcel”.

A generic reservation may not be sufficient to correctly open a claim with the courier.


Problems with your order?

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include your order number and photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping label. Keep the original product and packaging until the case has been resolved.


If you are not available at delivery

If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, the courier may leave a notice or update the tracking with instructions for a new delivery attempt.

Please follow the tracking information and provide any required instructions as soon as possible. If no instructions are provided, the shipment may be held at the courier’s depot and additional storage or redelivery costs may apply.


International shipping

We ship to selected international destinations, subject to product type, courier availability and destination restrictions.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country, weight, volume, number of parcels and transport service available.

When international shipping is available, the cost is calculated and shown during checkout before payment.
