If you purchased from AdesiviSicurezza.it as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you received the product, without giving any reason.

This right applies to online purchases made by consumers, except in the cases excluded by law and listed below.

For AdesiviSicurezza.it, this may include personalized stickers, custom graphics, cut-to-size films or tapes, made-to-order products and items modified on request.

How to request a return

• product or products you wish to return;
• date of delivery;

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt until the refund procedure has been completed.

Condition of returned products

Products must be returned intact, complete, unused beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, and preferably in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless the product is incorrect, defective or damaged due to a seller’s responsibility.

If the product is incorrect, defective or damaged, please contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

If the withdrawal is correctly exercised, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, do not send it back before contacting us.

Business or professional purchases

The right of withdrawal under consumer law applies to consumers. For purchases made by companies, professionals, public bodies or VAT-registered customers for business purposes, withdrawal does not apply automatically unless otherwise agreed in writing.
