What is it?
ISOVER PAR 4+ and a roll in glass wool with glass veil on one side, water-repellent and easy to install. It is designed for thermal and acoustic insulation Of partition walls, false walls And false ceilings in dry systems, as well as for traditional brick walls with cavity.
Variants and roll coverage
- 45 mm – roll size 0.60 x 15 m → 9 m2 per roll
- 70 mm – roll size 0.60 x 10 m → 6 m2 per roll
- 95 mm – roll size 0.60 x 7.5 m → 4.5 m2 per roll
Note: Supplier packages usually include 2 rolls; on this store we sell single rolls to make DIY easier.
Why choose it?
- Performance: reaction to fire A1, lambda 0.038 W/mK (45 mm) and 0.040 W/mK (70–95 mm).
- Acoustic comfort: adequate airflow resistivity for high-performance walls and false ceilings.
- Sustainability: produced in Italy with at least 80 percent made of recycled glass; binder of natural origin.
- Quick installation: rolled panel, simple cutice, minimum space required for transport.

How to use it (synthetic laying)
- Structure preparation: trace and install the metal framework or check the masonry cavity. Check verticality and planarity.
- Cut: unroll PAR 4+ on the floor and cut a strip with a cutter slightly higher of the gap (1-2 cm) to ensure the interlocking.
- Insertion: place the roll inside the frame or cavity without excessive compression; avoid gaps and crevices.
- Junctions: bring the edges together without overlappingIn the false ceiling, plan for a slight counter-camber and fixings according to the system.
- Closure: monthe finishing panels (plasterboard or other) according to the system specifications.
Practical advice
- Calculate the square meters of the surface and add +5-8 percent for scraps.
- Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, glasses) and keep the area ventilated.
- Store the rolls indoors, in a ventilated place and away from heat sources.
FAQ
